Consent to the storage of personal data in the Career Pool
1. Career Pool
For a possible contact after the conclusion of an application procedure, after an event or outside of a specific vacancy, you can agree to a possible inclusion in our Career Pool with this declaration. In the event of an application, your data will be stored for a regular period of six months after completion of the application process, and for two years if you receive an employment contract. If you agree to be included in the Career Pool and we finally confirm the inclusion, your data will remain in the Career Pool of d-fine* until revoked by you. If you give your consent to be included in the Career Pool as part of your application process, d-fine will decide whether to include you at the end of the application process.
2. Purposes
If you give your consent for this, we may include you in the Career Pool and contact you, for example, to (re-)include you in the application process, to invite you to events and to send you newsletters (in which we inform you, for example, about events, new job advertisements and general news about d-fine).
3. Deletion
Your data will remain in the Career Pool until revoked by you. In the event of revocation or deregistration from the Career Pool, your data will be deleted immediately - in the case of an application, however, no earlier than six months after completion of the application process (analogous to the deletion periods according to the data protection notice for the application process).
4. Voluntariness; Revocation
This consent is voluntary and has no effect on the course of any application procedure. You may refuse to give your consent without giving any reason and without any disadvantages to you. You can revoke your consent at any time. Please send your revocation to careers@d-fine.com or follow the unsubscribe notice directly in the Career Pool emails. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.

With your consent, you confirm that you have read and understood the information on the storage of personal data in the Career Pool as well as the data protection information for the application process.
You consent to d-fine storing your personal data that you have provided throughout correspondence (e.g., during an application process, as part of events, or in the Career Pool registration form) in accordance with this consent.
You consent to d-fine using this data to contact you for the purposes stated in point 2.
*In this document, "d-fine" refers to d-fine GmbH or its affiliates.
